FAQ By Experts
Is there a minimum time commitment?
You can add as many sessions as you'd like. There are no minimums or maximums. We have some experts that offer one hour per month and others that offer 20+ hours per month. VOSO will integrate with your primary calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
How much should I charge?
You set your own rates for each session length (e.g., 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes). We recommend basing this on your market value, demand, and the depth of value you offer.
How do bookings work?
Clients browse your profile and choose a time that fits your availability. Once booked, you’ll receive a calendar invite with all the session details. You’ll also be notified by email.
Can I reschedule or decline a session?
Yes — you can reschedule or decline sessions as long as it's done with reasonable notice. We encourage keeping your availability up to date to minimise conflicts.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically after each completed session. You’ll receive payment directly to your linked account, minus the platform service fee.
Can I limit who books me?
Yes — if you need to restrict access (e.g., by geography, experience level, etc.), we can add custom filters or disclaimers to your profile.
What support does VOSO offer?
We offer onboarding help, profile optimisation, and tech support to ensure your sessions run smoothly. We're here to help you grow your virtual coaching or consulting presence.
